Who is Pete and what is he presenting?

Pete Szumowski somehow completed a stand-up tour around the world which lasted 409 days. It was spread across 5 continents, occured in 3 languages and was seen in over 30 countries at more than a dozen comedy festivals. He has now returned to the land where it all began- Warsaw city.

"Pete presents" is a monthly English comedy event where Pete Szumowski invites comics from all around the world. He presents and they perform- what else do You need?

This time the main act is... MARCUS RYAN

Perennial globetrotter Marcus Ryan is a gifted storyteller with a natural comic bent and has featured at so many festivals and clubs around the world it's hard to know where home is these days. One thing's for sure, he's right at home on stage. A laid back yet engaging stage presence, Marcus charms his audiences with a sharp wit and tales from the road, having performed in over 35 countries in 5 continents, even gigs in Spanish!

As well as touring the UK, Western & Eastern Europe, he often returns to North America where in 2011 where he was selected from over 500 comics across Canada & USA to take part in the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, making him the only act from outside of North America in the event. Winning his heat he made the finals, receiving great recognition from promoters, bookers, & peers, wedging a foot in the door in the US.
